Visaka Industries Limited proudly announces the appointment of Mr. Abinash Mishra as its Chief Executive Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective April 14, 2025. In this capacity, he will report to the Board of Directors.

An alumnus of IIT Bombay and Olin Business School, Mr. Mishra brings over 27 years of leadership experience across cement, building materials, and construction chemicals. He has held senior positions at Holcim India, Pidilite, JK White Cement, and ACC Cement, consistently driving innovation, sustainability, and business transformation.

At Visaka, he will lead the company’s strategic business verticals—Roofing Sheets, Vnext (cement fibre boards for dry wall construction), ATUM (embedded solar roof), and ATUM Charge (green EV charging stations)—with a focus on green innovation, digital acceleration, and market leadership.

Mr. Mishra is recognized for launching several of India’s first product innovations in the building materials sector, including his leadership of Dalmia Cement’s “Go Green” initiative, which shifted institutional clients to blended cements and introduced sand-free, micro-silica-based solutions.

He has a strong track record in manufacturing excellence, real-time cost engineering, and lean operations, helping organizations achieve scale with efficiency. His latest innovation—a Generative AI-powered demand generation model designed for the retail tertiary channel—is being hailed as a category-defining advancement, transforming engagement and performance across the industry.

Mr. Mishra also serves on several national technical committees, helping shape sustainable building material standards and policies in India. With his appointment, Visaka signals a decisive step toward its vision of becoming a future- ready, innovation-led, and sustainability-focused enterprise.
