ISRO successfully launched PSLV-C52, 2 satellites including EOS-04 sent into space
ISRO PSLV-C52 Launch with EOS-04: The Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) today launched its Polar Satellite from Satish Dhawan Space Center in Sriharikota at 5:59 am today. Vehicle (PSLV-C52) was successfully launched. This was important because in the year 2022 it proved to be the first mission of ISRO. Through this PSLV-C52, ISRO launched 3 satellites in space, one of which was Earth Observation Satellite (EOS-04). Let us tell you that this satellite has also been named 'Radar Imaging Satellite', because its main job will be to send accurate pictures of the Earth's surface to ISRO.
Along with this, 2 other small satellites have also been sent to space by ISRO. Actually this mission has been in discussion around this EOS-04 satellite. The weight of this satellite is about 1,710 kg, which has to revolve in the Sun Synchronous Polar Orbit (orbit) of about 529 km in space. According to ISRO, this EOS-04 can be understood in simple words as a radar imaging satellite. The high quality photographs sent by it will help in developing a better understanding of agriculture, forestry, plantation, soil moisture, water availability and flood prone areas and preparing maps etc.
